4. Volleyball is a fun exercise activity. Let’s face it, many exercise activities aren’t really fun. Volleyball, on the other hand, is an engaging and fun exercise activity.

5. Volleyball is an Olympic sport. Volleyball is considered a summer Olympic sport. If a sport makes it to the Olympics, it’s sure to be very popular as a result.
